Hoffman Agency is a company with offices in Montreal and Toronto that designs and develops digital platforms. They have developed expertise in UX and UI design for the creation and optimization of existing platforms.
Dominic Gignac, the president, wanted to optimize his sales department for the development of new opportunities and to have better visibility into his future sales projections.
We chose to implement Pipedrive CRM for managing his business and integrate it with his project management software (Asana) and his accounting software (Xero).
Project Goals
Before starting this project with Liboiron, the Hoffman team used Google Sheets for their sales pipeline management and to have their KPI reports.
Moreover, all tasks related to the start of a new project had to be manually done by the project manager.
We began this project by planning the different Pipedrive pipelines to be built and listing the fields needed to assist them in their short and long-term case management. We set up the CRM and connected it with Asana and Xero to automate tasks like these:
- synchronization of contact information between Pipedrive and Xero
- automated quote creation in Xero from Pipedrive with the information contained therein
- updating the opportunity in Pipedrive when a quote is signed
- project creation in Asana and Google Drive folder creation when a project is won
Subsequently, we created reports in the CRM to allow for easy and quick analysis of the sales situation at Hoffman.
